投資者Biel Crystal Private Limited在An Phat 1工業園區租用20多公頃土地建設工廠，生產玻璃及玻璃製品、光學設備和儀器以及塑膠製品。該項目總投資超過6兆越南盾。 這是今年年初至10月15日An Phat 1工業園區總投資額最大的項目。 投資者承諾產品100%出口。
該項目預計將於2025年第二季投入營運。
